Jane loves helping people build a life they love, one which we all deserve. Following a long career in the drinking water industry she realised that there was more to life and spent 5 years training as an osteopath. Helping patients has made her realise that many people are not happy in their lives, and inspired her to add to her skills and train as a counsellor. She completed a 2 year postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy at the respected University of East London and loved it so much that she wanted to help as wide a range of people as possible. She is an integrative therapist, using tools and techniques from the many different strands of counselling to come up with the best solution for you. Jane is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and also volunteers as a bereavement counsellor at a local hospice. She is interested in working with all types of issues and has a particular interest in people who find themselves at a cross-roads in life, supporting them to figure out who they are and where their journey might take them next. She also has an interest in substance misuse and addictions.
